I primarily approach therapy through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), or "parts work", in order to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, to achieve greater self-acceptance and self-compassion, and to better navigate difficult situations in the world around you. In addition to IFS, I also use concepts and interventions from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Evolutionary Psychology. I have extensive experience working with trans and queer folks, polyamory/ethical nonmonogamy, kink, and sex-positivity.
I will always have sessions available via telehealth, and I'm licensed in both Washington and Oregon. Even if you prefer in-person sessions, we can use video sessions as backup when needed.
I offer in-person sessions from my home office in Port Orchard, WA. Please note that I have some specific requirements due to my office being attached to my home.
